Description
The continuation of my Crowned Fisher concept design
Crowned Fishers grow quite quickly in the first stage of their life because they need to be developed enough to start assuming a biped position by the time their parents abandon them (roughly 3-4 weeks after hatching)
They take refuge in the woods, tall grass, etc until they grow fast and agile enough to tackle more open areas and build strength in their wings. The reduction of the size of their arms is related with the decreased dependency on them for locomotion and balance
Sexual differentiation starts at 6 months and maturity is reached around 12-14 months of age. Females reach maturity sooner and are smaller and less colorful than the males. They also have smaller and rounder crests
The males develop their bright colors at the very end of their growth, but the red will slowly spread over the next few years as a sign of age and status. The brighter the red and yellow markings (signs of good health) the more likely the male will be picked by the females
