IoDM - Sid's 75 percent

Sid's third change. He lost a good deal of hair, since it's not a very hydrodynamic thing, but on the other hand his lure, tail and fins are bigger than ever. The mouth is finally to fit together, but what's left of his teeth doesn't allow him room to chew food anymore Xp

I had a lot of fun working on the scales texture on this one, especially the glowing dots on the sides. They remind me of city lights in the night for some reason
